Joris Minne FCIPR

A director with JPR, Joris Minne is an award-winning PR consultant who trained for two years as a journalist in Washington DC with the National Geographic Society. After a successful 10-year career in business journalism, he returned to Northern Ireland to join the PR industry in 1992 when he first became press officer and then managed the Northern Ireland Tourist Board press office. He was responsible for the transition of NITB corporate and media communications from pre- to post-ceasefire.

He joined Citigate Dewe Rogerson in 1997 as a PR account director and was posted to Madrid where he directed the international PR campaign in support of the privatisation of the Spanish steel giant, Aceralia. His experience has encompassed all aspects of public relations including crisis communications management, profile building, corporate communications, public affairs and consumer PR.

Joris speaks French and Spanish, is a restaurant critic for the Belfast Telegraph and is an occasional commentator and reviewer for the BBC.
